Why nothing uploads
Most online tools upload your file to a server, process it there, and send it back. Multi-Toolkit doesn't. Every PDF, image, and data tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly — the same technology your browser already trusts. Your file is read into memory on your own machine, transformed locally, and offered back as a download. It is never transmitted, stored, or logged, because there is no server that receives it.
One honest exception: the AI writing and translation tools send your text to an AI provider (Chrome's on-device model, or an endpoint you configure). File tools never do.
Before you start
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. PDF, image, and data tools process your files entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded — close the tab and the data is gone.
Do I need an account?
No account, no email, no signup. Open any tool and use it immediately. There is nothing to install or configure.
Do the AI writing tools send my text anywhere?
The AI writing and translation tools are the one exception: they send your text to an AI provider — either Chrome's on-device model (nothing leaves your device) or an AI endpoint you configure. All other tools stay fully local. This is stated on each AI tool.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every tool is free with no premium tier, usage limits, or paywalls — for everyone, forever.
