Multi-Toolkit

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Applies to multi-toolkit.com and its tools

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using multi-toolkit.com and its tools ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Multi-Toolkit provides a collection of free online utilities. Most tools run entirely in your browser. Some features — accounts, cloud-saved resumes, and AI helpers — use backend services. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You may create an account with an email and password or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account.
  • Accounts are for individual use. Do not share your account or impersonate others.
  • You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its backend.
  • Scrape, resell, or abuse the free tools or AI features in a way that degrades the Service for others.

5. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free plan with certain limits (for example, a limited number of saved resumes and templates). Additional features may be offered as a paid plan in the future; any paid terms and pricing will be presented to you before you purchase.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload (for example your resumes). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the Service to you (for example, saving your resume so you can access it on another device). You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

7. AI-Generated Output

Some features use AI to generate suggestions from the text you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before relying on or submitting it. The tools do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional career advice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tool's output will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi-Toolkit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://multi-toolkit.com/terms, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
