Overview
Multi-Toolkit ("we", "us") provides a collection of free online tools at multi-toolkit.com. Most tools run entirely in your browser and never send your data to us. A few features — such as accounts, cloud-saved resumes, and the optional AI helpers — use secure backend services, described below.
In short: you can use nearly every tool with no account and no sign-up. We only store personal data when you choose to create an account, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Information We Collect
- Data kept in your browser. Tool inputs, drafts (for example a resume you are editing), and preferences are saved in your device's local storage so your work is not lost. This never leaves your browser unless you explicitly save it to your account.
- Account information (only if you create one). Your email address, your name if you provide it, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and Google account identifier — nothing else from your Google account.
- Content you save. Resumes and similar documents you choose to save to your account are stored so you can access them across devices.
- Text you send to AI features. When you use an AI helper (for example the AI Resume Builder, AI writers, summarizers, or translator), the specific text you submit is sent to our AI backend to generate a result and returned to you.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region). This helps us improve the tools and does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the tools and features you request.
- To create and secure your account and let you save and sync your resumes.
- To generate AI suggestions from the text you submit.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Accounts & Google Sign-In
You can create an account with an email and password, or with "Continue with Google". Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2 and are never stored in plain text. When you use Google Sign-In, we only request your basic profile (email, name, and account identifier) to create your account — we never gain access to your Gmail, contacts, or other Google data. Your login session is kept as a token in your browser and can be ended at any time by signing out.
AI Features
AI helpers are optional. When used, the text you provide is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to produce a suggestion, which is returned to you. We do not use your submitted text to train models, and we do not retain it after generating your result. AI output can be inaccurate — always review it before use.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure aggregate, anonymous usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some features store small values (such as your theme choice or a login token) in your browser's local storage; these stay on your device. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.

Data Retention & Deletion
Browser-stored data stays until you clear it. Account data (your email and saved resumes) is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual resumes at any time from within the tool. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we will remove it.
Data Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as PBKDF2 hashes. Account data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Because most tools work without an account, you can also simply choose not to provide personal data.
Children's Privacy
Multi-Toolkit is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at https://multi-toolkit.com/privacy and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
