Annual Leave in GCC Countries
All GCC countries provide minimum annual leave entitlements under their respective Labour Laws. UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman grant 30 calendar days per year after 12 months of service. Saudi Arabia and Qatar grant 21 days for employees with under 5 years of service, increasing to 30 days for 5+ years. Leave accrues monthly (approx. 2.5 days/month for a 30-day entitlement) and must be taken or paid out. Our calculator handles pro-rata accrual for partial years automatically.
